Astral Dove specializes in providing astrology and divination services, including:

1. Horoscopes: Daily horoscopes for all Zodiac signs.
2. Tarot Card Readings: One, two, and three-card Tarot readings.
3. Divination Services: Magic Answer Ball and Fortune Cookies.
4. Psychic Readings (Digital): Interactive digital readings provided through the Astral Dove platform. Reading frameworks and question structures are designed by Astral Dove and applied to your answers by an artificial intelligence service. Readings are generated automatically and are not written or reviewed by a human practitioner before delivery. See Psychic Readings Data for details.

We also operate an e-commerce store offering:

1. Physical Goods:
   1. Products are shipped from third-party providers.
   2. Free delivery and free returns.
   3. Payments handled by third-party payment platform Stripe.
2. Digital Services:
   1. Psychic Readings, Tarot card readings and other digital offerings are available as digital services.

3. User Accounts

1. Creating an account is optional but recommended for better service, such as viewing and retrieving previous purchases.
2. Age Requirements: There are no strict age restrictions for creating an account; however, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please obtain permission from a parent or guardian before using our services.
3. Paid Psychic Readings: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a Psychic Reading. By purchasing a Psychic Reading you confirm that you are 18 or older.
4. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Website complies with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

4. Account Security

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3. Astral Dove cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Account Deletion

1. Upon requesting deletion of your account, you will be signed out and your account will be soft-deleted. The retention period for permanent deletion is one (1) calendar month.
2. After one (1) month, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted and will be irretrievable.
3. If you log into your account during the retention period, your account will be reactivated and the deletion process will be cancelled.

6. Payment and Refund Policies

1. Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, processed through Stripe.
2. Refunds and Returns:
   1. You have 15 days from receiving your items to return them without explanation, provided that:
   1. Items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
   2. Safety seals are not damaged, and all labels are retained.
   3. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the above.
   2. Digital Services:
      1. Psychic Readings: You may request a full refund at any time before you submit your first answer. Once you have submitted your first answer, the reading is underway and the purchase is final and non-refundable.
      2. Other Digital Products: Tarot card readings and other digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
      3. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including remedies where a service is not delivered as described.

7. Shipping Information

1. Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times vary based on location and third-party providers. Typical delivery times range between 7–14 business days, but may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
2. Shipping Delays: Astral Dove is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen events, such as strikes or acts of nature.
3. Lost Packages: If a package is lost during shipping, please contact customer support within 30 days of the expected delivery date for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue with the third-party provider.

8. Privacy Policy

1. Personal Information: Your privacy is important to us. We handle user data with care and in compliance with applicable laws.
2. Third-Party Links: This site may contain links to other websites. Astral Dove is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites.
3. Data Storage: User account information is stored on Supabase. Please refer to Supabase's Privacy Policy.

5. Artificial Intelligence Processing: To generate Psychic Readings, the information you provide is transmitted to and processed by our artificial intelligence provider, Anthropic PBC. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. See Psychic Readings Data for further detail.
6. Data Collection: We may collect personal information such as name, email address, and payment details to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and send promotional offers (if you opt in).
7. Data Use: Data will be used to fulfill orders, improve services, and communicate with you regarding offers or updates.
8. Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. We may share personal information with third-party service providers only where necessary to provide our services or to comply with legal obligations.
9. Email Marketing Tools: We use a third-party service, Brevo, to manage and distribute our newsletter and other email communications. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and relevant usage data will be shared with Brevo for distribution and analytics purposes. 11. Intellectual Property

   2. This license does not apply to the answers you provide during a Psychic Reading, or to the reading generated from them. That data is handled solely as described in Psychic Readings Data and is never published, displayed, or used for marketing.
   3. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to grant this license and that the content does not infringe on any third party’s rights.
   4. We reserve the right to remove or moderate user content that we deem offensive or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

1. Entertainment Purposes: The astrology and divination services offered on this Website are not an exact science. Interpretations should be taken in a light-hearted manner. Use your own judgment and common sense.
2. No Guarantee: Astral Dove is not responsible for any advice given. The readings are for entertainment purposes only and do not provide absolute predictions or life guidance.
3. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astral Dove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Website; (ii) any unauthorized access to our servers; or (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission.
4. Your Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or goods, or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Astral Dove, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand by a third party, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent it arises from your breach of the Usage Rules in these Terms, or from content you submit that infringes the rights of another. This indemnity is reduced to the extent that the claim or loss was caused or contributed to by our own act or omission.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Website if you materially breach these Terms or your conduct is harmful to other users or to the operation of the Website. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to address the issue first. We may also close accounts or discontinue a service for legitimate business reasons by giving you at least thirty (30) days’ notice. If we terminate your account other than for your breach, we will refund any Psychic Reading you have paid for but not yet started.

15. Force Majeure

Astral Dove will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where the delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, war, terrorism, or governmental actions.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia for any disputes arising under these Terms. Before commencing court proceedings, either party may propose resolving a dispute through mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution, which will proceed only if both parties agree. Nothing in this clause prevents you from contacting a consumer protection agency or exercising your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

17. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services or the law. Each update will be posted on this page with a new version number and effective date. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email or through the Website at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Changes will not apply retrospectively to purchases already made. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Website and delete your account before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By creating an account on our website or otherwise providing your email address, you agree to receive communications from us. This may include:

Unsubscribing:You can opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any newsletter, navigating to your Profile’s Mailing List (requires an Astral Dove account) or by contacting us at contact@astraldove.com. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional or account-related emails (e.g., purchase confirmations).

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Astral Dove regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

21. Psychic Readings Data

1. How Readings Are Created: The questions you are asked, the structure of your reading, and the way it is shaped around each focus area follow frameworks designed by Astral Dove. Those frameworks are applied to the answers you provide by an artificial intelligence service. Readings are generated automatically and are not written or reviewed by a human practitioner before they are delivered to you.
2. Third-Party Processing: To generate your questions and your reading, the information you provide is transmitted to and processed by our artificial intelligence provider, Anthropic PBC, solely for the purpose of producing your reading. We do not share your reading data with any other third party except as required by law, as necessary to operate the service (for example, our hosting provider), or with your express consent.
3. Data Generation: When you use our Psychic Readings digital services, certain data—such as the questions generated for you, the answers you provide, the reading itself, and its final conclusion—will be created and stored against your account so that you can return to it.
4. Sensitive Information: Psychic Readings are not designed to ask about your health or medical history, and you should not share it. If you choose to include sensitive information in your answers, such as details about your health, mental wellbeing, or finances, you are never required to do so and should share only what you are comfortable sharing. Where information you provide constitutes sensitive or special category data under applicable privacy law, you consent to our processing it for the sole purpose of generating and storing your reading.
5. Data Security: Your reading data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality: Astral Dove will not access or review your reading data except in the limited circumstances set out below. Your reading data is never published, displayed publicly, sold, or used for marketing or advertising purposes.
7. Permission for Investigation: By using the Psychic Readings service, you acknowledge and grant Astral Dove and its team the right to access and review this data if a complaint, technical issue, or other problem arises that necessitates an investigation. This access is strictly limited to diagnosing and resolving the reported issue or concern, and only to the data relevant to that issue.
8. Lawful Basis for Processing: Where GDPR or a similar privacy law applies to you, we process your reading data on the basis of performance of our contract with you (generating and storing the reading you purchased), and, in respect of any sensitive or special category data you choose to provide, on the basis of your explicit consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by requesting deletion of your readings or your account.
9. Data Retention: Your readings are retained against your account indefinitely so that you may revisit them, unless you delete an individual reading or your account. If you delete your account, your reading data is removed in accordance with our Account Deletion policy. You may also request deletion of individual readings at any time by contacting us at contact@astraldove.com.
10. GDPR and Data Subject Rights: If you are located in a jurisdiction covered by the GDPR or similar privacy laws, reading data that can be linked to you personally is considered personal data. On request we will anonymize or delete the personally identifiable aspects of your readings unless we have a lawful basis (for example, a legal obligation) to retain the data for a limited time. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on exercising your data rights.
11. Not Professional Advice: Psychic Readings are provided for entertainment and reflective purposes only. They do not constitute and must not be relied upon as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
